KSP, Louisville Meijer, Speedway Hold AMBER ID Event
Children's ID info to be encoded on special key chains

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Sept. 6, 2005) - The Kentucky State Police, a Louisville Meijer store and the Kentucky Speedway will host an AMBER Alert Child ID event on Thursday, Sept. 8, from 5-8 p.m.

Free USB flash drive key chains that can hold children's vital statistics and photos and can be used by law enforcement in AMBER Alerts will be encoded and given to the first 250 families to arrive at the Meijer store at 4500 Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville during the timeframe.
