Burglary Arrest in Fleming County

Date of News Release: 04/28/2014

(Fleming County, KY) - On April 27, 2014 at 7:20 pm Kentucky State Police Morehead was notified of a burglary in progress on Delaney Road in Fleming County. Trooper Jared Wagner and Trooper Bradley Watson responded to the scene. Upon arrival, Troopers located Steven D. Fulton, 22 of Ewing, hiding in the area. Mr. Fulton was advised that he was under arrest. Mr. Fulton then attempted to flee on foot. Trooper Wagner took Mr. Fulton into custody after a short altercation. Mr. Fulton received minor injuries and was taken to Fleming County Hospital where he was treated and released. Trooper Wagner also was taken to Fleming County Hospital where he was also treated and released. Mr. Fulton has been charged with Burglary, Resisting Arrest and Menacing and has been lodged in the Mason County Detention Center.
