Glasgow Man Injured in a Collision on Lexington Drive

(Bowling Green, KY) - On Friday, January 17, 2014 at 5:57 A.M., Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper Joel Huff, responded to the 700 block Lexington Drive in the city limits of Glasgow, Kentucky regarding an injury collision.
According to Trooper Huff, Justin Kirkpatrick (28) of Glasgow, KY was traveling east on Lexington Drive in his 2009 Ford Crown Victoria. Mr. Kirkpatrick advised that he hit a patch of black ice causing his vehicle to spin out of control. Mr. Kirkpatrick left the roadway and struck and embankment causing his vehicle to overturn. Mr. Kirkpatrick was taken to the T.J Samson Community Hospital where he was treated and released.
The investigation is still ongoing and is being led by Trooper Joel Huff.
