Greenville Man Arrested on Charges Related to Child Exploitation

Greenville, KY (Muhlenberg County) - The Kentucky State Police arrested a Greenville man on charges related to child exploitation after conducting an investigation.

On Thursday, January 09, 2014, at approximately 1:10 p.m., KSP Detective Dan Morck arrested Dustin R. Stone, 21 of Greenville, KY, at his residence located on Bilyeu Lane south of Greenville. Mr. Stone was charged with one count of Unlawful Use of Electronic Means to Induce a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activities (D Felony). He was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.

An investigation was initiated in December of 2013 after Det. Morck received information that the accused was sending sexually explicit text messages to an underage female.

Det. Morck is continuing the investigation. Det. Lonnie Kavanaugh, Det. Brandon McPherson, and Tpr. Jerry Knight assisted with the investigation and arrest.
