35 Marijuana Plants seized in Marshall County

Date of News Release: 07/18/2014

(Gilbertsville, KY.) - The Kentucky State Police located 35 Marijuana plants growing at a residence on Tatumsville Highway in Marshall County. A search warrant was served at the residence on July 18, 2014 resulting in the seizure of 35 marijuana plants with a street value of $70,000. KSP also seized $100 in cash, drug paraphernalia items, and firearms during the execution of the search warrant.

The investigation continues by Trooper Trey Green with charges pending. Anyone with drug information can contact the Kentucky State Police Marijuana and drug hotline at 1-800-367-3847 and remain anonymous.
