(Lebanon, KY.) - Tpr. Logan Richardson is investigating a collision that occurred on Friday, May 9, 2014 at approximately 2:34 PM EDT on US 68 just inside the west side city limits of Lebanon. 36-year-old Elizabeth Pittman, of Lebanon, was traveling east on US 68, operating a 2001 4-door Nissan, when she attempted to pass another east bound vehicle. Pittman was wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marion County Coroner. The roadway was closed for several hours as investigators reconstructed the collision.
