Wanted Fugitives Located

(Ashland, Ky.) - The Kentucky State Police in Ashland have located and arrested Jennifer and Claude Duncan. Both were arrested without incident and have been lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.

Wanted Fugitives in Carter County

(Ashland, Ky.) - The Kentucky State Police in Ashland is seeking the public's assistance in locating two wanted fugitives from Carter County.
On Saturday February 15, 2014 The Kentucky State Police Post 14 Ashland received a report of a two vehicle injury collision at the intersection of US 60 and KY 182 in Carter County. Troopers responded and began investigating the collision, in which Luevern Fultz was seriously injured and hospitalized for several weeks. During the course of the collision investigation it was revealed the collision was caused as a result of the wanton actions of Jennifer Duncan.
Prior to the accident occurring Jennifer and Claude Duncan had made arrangements to engage in an illegal drug transaction involving several pills and several hundred dollars. Arrangements were made to meet Luevern Fultz in Grayson and complete the transaction. Upon obtaining the pills from Jennifer and Claude Duncan, Fultz left the area and was pursued by the Duncan's. It was determined the Duncan's pursued Flutz for several miles throughout Carter County. At the intersection of US 60 and KY 182 Jennifer Duncan drove her vehicle into the vehicle being operated by Fultz. Evidence obtained during the investigation confirmed Duncan had wantonly engaged in actions which contributed to the collision. The actions were done so in an attempt to obtain the illegal drugs and money from the earlier illegal drug transaction and resulted in Fultz receiving serious injuries.
On March 21, 2014 Detective David Boarman presented the case to the Carter County Grand Jury and indictment arrest warrants were issued for the following:
Jennifer Duncan, age 41, of Grayson KY
Assault 1st Degree
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense
Claude Duncan, age 45, of Grayson, KY
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense.
