Shelby County Single Vehicle Injury Collision

(Frankfort, KY) - On January 12, 2014, at approximately 01:05 AM, Kentucky State Police, Post 12 Frankfort, responded to a reckless driver complaint, resulting in a single car injury collision on Freedom Way, Shelbyville, KY.
Upon arrival, Units found a red 1994 Toyota Pickup, driven by Charles R Stalker, age 26, of Eminence, KY, overturned with entrapment. The driver was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital.
The Kentucky State Police were assisted at the scene by Shelby County Sheriff's Office, and Shelby County Fire/EMS.
Excessive speed is thought to be a factor in the collision.
The investigation is continuing by the Kentucky State Police, Post 12 Frankfort.
