News Release

Escapee Captured in Prestonsburg

Date of News Release: 06/12/2013

(Watergap, Ky.) -- On Wednesday June 12, 2013 at 9:29 P.M. Post 9 Pikeville received a call from Prestonsburg Police Department advising that an unidentified male was attempting to stop vehicles on U.S. 23 in the Watergap community of Floyd County. At 9:34 P.M. Scottie Bradley was taken into custody by Kentucky State Police Trooper John Gabbard, Sgt. David Peppi and OFC. Jonathan Pack, Prestonsburg P.D. Bradley was transported to the Floyd County Detention Center and lodged on 1 count of Escape 2nd Degree. Sgt. Peppi and Tpr. Gabbard was assisted on scene by Prestonsburg Police Department.
