News Release

KSP Post 5 Adds Two New Troopers

Date of News Release: 11/21/2013

(Campbellsburg, KY) - Post 5 has recently increased its ranks by adding two newly appointed Troopers. Troopers Steven Dykes and Bryan Lauck have joined Post 5 after completing 23 weeks of training at the Kentucky State Police Academy in Frankfort.

Trooper Steven Dykes, a native of Crestwood, KY, is a 2010 graduate of the University of Louisville and a Staff Sergeant with the Indiana Army National Guard.

Trooper Bryan Lauck, a native of Cincinnati, OH, is a 2011 graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Both Troopers will work under the supervision of a Field Training Officer for eight weeks after reporting for duty.
