News Release

Trimble County Man Arrested at Meth Lab

Date of News Release: 03/06/2013

(Bedford, KY) -- A Trimble County man has been arrested after Troopers discovered a meth lab in his home at 71 Latta Road in Bedford, KY. Troopers went to the home on 03/05/2013 after receiving information about possible drug activity at the residence. After receiving permission to search the home, an active meth lab was discovered cooking in the back bedroom. Troopers found four ounces of finished methamphetamine in the residence along with several ingredients used in manufacturing the drug. Darrell Jameson, 41 years old from Bedford, KY, was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Jameson was lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center.

Trooper Chad Johnson is leading the ongoing investigation.
