Juvenile Arrested in the Shooting Investigation of Radcliff Man

Date of News Release: 04/15/2013

(Elizabethtown, KY) -- A 17-year-old Radcliff juvenile was arrested on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 in the shooting in Radcliff that occurred on March 29, 2013. He is charged with Assault 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. He was lodged in the Lincoln Village Juvenile Detention Center. Due to his age, additional details cannot be released at this time.

Radcliff Man Shot, Flown To University Of Louisville Hospital

Date of News Release: 03/30/2013

(RADCLIFF, KY) -- On Friday, March 29, 2013 at approximately 7:30 p.m. ET, the Radcliff Police Department received a call of a shooting near the 1300 block of Blackjack Road in Hardin County. Preliminary investigation revealed that someone fired several gunshots into a Ford passenger car in which five males were traveling. A 19-year-old Radcliff man sitting in the front was struck in the face with one of the rounds. No one else in the vehicle was injured. The Radcliff teenager was flown to the University of Louisville Hospital where he is listed in critical condition. KSP Post 4 Detective Ryan Johnson is conducting the ongoing investigation.
