Munfordville Man Arrested on Several Charges

(Bowling Green, KY) -- On Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 5:16 PM. Trooper Graham Rutherford responded to a possible burglary at 4987 Hammonsville Road. While in route Trooper Rutherford stopped for a motorist setting on a motorcycle at the intersection of Buckner Hallow South Road, and Hammonsville Road who fit the description of a individual seen leaving the residence at 4987 Hammonsville Road. An initial search of the accused yielded a small amount of suspected methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia was located on the male identified as Tony B. Huff (47) of Munfordville, Ky. After a further search , a HCL generator tube and cap was located in the saddle bag of Huffs motorcycle.
Tony Huff was transported to the Hart County Jail and lodged without incident. His charges include Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st Offence, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offence (Meth), Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and No Motorcycle Operators License.
The investigation is still ongoing and Trooper Rutherford was assisted on scene by Trooper Jeremy Smith.
