News Release

Two Charged with Receiving Stolen Property in Barren County

Date of News Release: 05/11/2013

(Bowling Green, KY) -- On Friday, May 10, 2013, at 9:27 P.M. Kentucky State Post 3 Bowling Green received an anonymous tip regarding a stolen ATV located at a residence in Barren County, KY.

KSP Post 3 Personnel responded to a wood line area near the Crystal Onyx Trailer Park east of Cave City, Kentucky. When the units arrived they located the stolen ATV.

On Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 12:44 A.M., Kentucky State Police Trooper Raymond Chambers arrested Burt R. Reynolds (29) of Cave City, KY and Robert Lindley (37) of Smiths Grove, KY.

They were both charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000 and Tampering with Physical Evidence and they were lodged in the Barren County Jail.

The investigation is still ongoing and is being led by Trooper Raymond Chambers.
