Oak Grove, KY (Christian County) - The Kentucky State Police investigated a single-vehicle, non-injury collision that occurred on I-24, at approximately the 91 mile-marker, on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at 2:54 p.m.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Julie Richer, 26 of Frankfort, IL, was operating a 2009 Honda Civic westbound on I-24. As she was traveling westbound, she glanced away from the roadway to look at her directions. When she looked back, her vehicle was headed towards a sign.
