Injury Collision on US 41 in Henderson County

(Henderson, KY) -- Del Miller, 53, of Rockport Indiana, had merged onto US 41 northbound from US 60, in the limits of Henderson, KY. Miller, who was operating a 2012 Western Star tractor-trailer, overturned his 53 foot trailer and tractor after his load shifted. Miller was hauling scrap aluminum bales, which blocked both northbound lanes for nearly 3.5 hours. Environmental Response assisted emergency personal clean up spilled diesel fuel and hydraulic fluid.
Mr. Miller was transported to Methodist Hospital in Henderson where he was treated and released for minor injuries.
The tractor-trailer is owned by Gibco Motor Express in Evansville, IN. US 41 is now open.
