Anderson County Injury Collision

(Lawrenceburg, KY) - On Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at approximately 5:17 AM, Lawrenceburg Police Department responded to a two vehicle injury collision which occurred on US 127 South, in the city limits of Lawrenceburg, Anderson County, KY.
A 1998 Full Size Red Chevrolet Pickup, being driven by Michael Devine, age 55, of Lawrenceburg, turned northbound into the southbound lane of 127 after the driver misjudged his location on the roadway due to heavy fog.
The pickup struck a 1998 Blue Chevrolet S-10, driven by Dylan Tucker, age 21, of Lawrenceburg. Tucker was traveling southbound when Devine crossed into his lane, striking him head on.
Both subjects were transported to the University of Kentucky Hospital.
Assisting at the scene was Lawrenceburg Police Department, Lawrenceburg Fire/EMS, Anderson County Fire/EMS, and Anderson County Sheriff's Department.
The collision investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police Post 12 Reconstruction Team.
