Traffic Crash with Injury in Laurel County

(LONDON, KY.) -- On Thursday, March 28, 2013 at approximately 11:27 a.m., the Kentucky State Police, Post 11 London, received a report of a two vehicle traffic crash, with injury, on US 25 8 miles south of London in Laurel County.
Upon arrival Trooper John Pratt determined that a red, 2011, Chevrolet, Cruze, passenger car operated by Betty Epperson, 32, of Flat Lick, KY was traveling southbound on US 25 when it began passing two other southbound vehicles and struck a gray, 2010, Pontiac, G6, operated by Ladonna Eaton, 20, of McKee, head-on.
Epperson, who was alone in his vehicle, was also taken to the St. Joseph of London hospital for treatment.
Eaton and her passenger, Linda Caudill, 57, of Hudson, FL were flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY for treatment.
No drug or alcohol usage was suspected.
Trooper Pratt is in charge of the investigation and was assisted at the scene by the Laurel County EMS and the Lily Fire Department.
