Methamphetamine Arrest in Bell County
Date of News Release: 11/27/2013
(Middlesboro, Ky.) - On November 26, 2013 the Kentucky State Police were patroling the Beans Fork area of Bell County looking for a wanted person. Troopers found Billie J. Bullins of Middlesboro, who was known by the Troopers to be wanted. Ms. Bullins attempted to flee from the scene in her vehicle, but became stuck in her yard. Troopers apprehended Ms. Bullins. While making the arrest, several items consistent with the manufacturing of methamphetamine were found in Ms. Bullin's vehicle. Also, in the vehicle was Mr. Pacino Porter of Detroit, MI. He was placed under arrest as well.
Ms. Bullins and Mr. Porter were charged with: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursors, Possession of Drug Paraphrenalia, Giving Officer a False Name and DUI.
The Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigative Unit was called to the scene to safely dispose of any hazardous material. Tpr. Ryan Sizemore is in charge of the investigation. Assisting Tpr. Sizemore at the scene were Tpr. Joey Brigmon, Tpr. Sammy Faris and Tpr. Desmond Brittle. KSP was also assisted by the Office of Probation and Parole. Ms. Bullins and Mr. Porter were lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
