Bath County School Teacher Indicted for Sexual Abuse 1st Degree

Date of News Release: 01/09/2012

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On October 18, 2011, while at Bath County High School in Owingsville, KY, Arlen McNabb had sexual contact with a 17 year old female student. After an investigation by Detective David Zimmerman, a Bath County Grand Jury indicted Mr. McNabb for Sexual Abuse 1st Degree on January 5, 2012, at the Bath County Court House.
