Vine Grove, KY Man Arrested on Several Charges

(Vine Grove, KY)- Trooper Kevin Burton with the Kentucky State Police along with Detective Ponder with the Meade County Sheriff's Office arrested 22 year old Joseph Milby from Vine Grove Ky. Milby was arrested at a residence on Shot Hunt Road in Meade County for an active warrant. It was also discovered that Milby was in possession of crystal methamphetamine. Further investigation revealed that Milby was in possession of a 4-wheeler that was stolen out of Jefferson County. A meth lab with finished meth product was found in a detached garage that he was renting from his girlfriend, Emily Dunn. She was also the owner of the residence. Additional meth product and drug paraphernalia was also discovered. Milby was lodged in the Meade County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000 and Service of Warrant for Another Agency. Dunn has not been charged. The investigation is ongoing. Other charges are pending.
