One Killed in a Single Vehilce Collision on US 460

(Pikeville, Ky.) -- KSP Post 9 received call on a single vehicle fatality at 5:22 P.M. on July 12, 2010 on U S 460 at Draffin in Pike County. Arnold Mullins's vehicle left the roadway and overturned in the creek. Arnold Mullins, age 72 from Regina, Ky., was pronounced dead at the scene by Pike County coroner Russell Roberts. Seatbelts were in use. Still under investigation by Trooper Michael Webb.
