Holiday Enforcement, Drive Smart Click It or Ticket Campaign Continues

(Shelbiana, Ky.) -- The Kentucky Highway Safety Office, Kentucky State Police, and County Sheriff Deputies will continue the Drive Smart Click It or Ticket Campaign in Pike County on June 1, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. on U.S. 460 at The Shelbiana Flea Market. June 2, 2010 8:00 p.m. There will also be a Traffic Safety Checkpoint in Magoffin County at the Old Toll Gate on The Mountain Parkway. The News Media is invited to attend these Traffic Safety Checkpoints. Having the media present at these events helps to enhance the message of law enforcements concern for the safety and protection of the motoring public throughout the year and not just the holiday period only. Please join us on the scheduled dates.
