Death Investigation in West Liberty

Date of News Release: 07/09/2010

(Morehead, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Post Morehead received a complaint at 1244 hrs on 07-09-2010 of a suicide that had occurred at 9099 KY772, West Liberty. The caller advised that they had found their brother lying unresponsive. Trooper Royce Collett U/391 and detective Donnie McGraw U/813 responded to the scene to find Amos Peyton was decease. Morgan County Coroner Kenny Perry pronounced Amos Peyton decease 1230 hrs. Next of kin has been notified and an autopsy is scheduled for 07-10-2010 in Frankfort. The death remains under investigation by Detective Donnie McGraw U/813.
