Sentencing of Michael Dunn in Montgomery County

Date of News Release: 01/14/2010

(Morehead, Ky.) -- Micheal Dunn of Jeffersonville was found guilty of 5 counts of Sodomy in the First Degree. A Montgomery County Jury returned a recommendation of 10 years for each count, to run consecutively for a total of 50 years. The investigation was initiated by Retired KSP Trooper Sam Hunt in 2008. Mr. Dunn was originally indicted on 7 counts of Sodomy, the jury found him guilty on 5 counts. Detective Larry Bowling with KSP Morehead assisted in the investigation.
