Fatal House Fire Investigation in Rowan County

Date of News Release: 01/09/2010

(Morehead, Ky.) -- KSP Post 8 in Morehead received a call from the Morehead dispatch center regarding a residential fire with entrapment located at 1971 Bluestone Road in Rowan County. Upon arrival of the Morehead Fire Department, the trailer was totally engulfed in flames. After the fire was extinguished, the body of a deceased male was located in a bedroom. Cause of fire is still under investigation.
