Special Traffic Enforcement – Labor Day Weekend

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police will be conducting a Labor Day traffic safety campaign from Friday September 3 through September 6, 2010. The campaign incorporates high visibility enforcement activities to enhance traffic safety while reducing traffic fatalities. Additional speed enforcement and traffic safety checkpoints will be conducted in the counties of Oldham, Henry, Trimble, Carroll, Owen, and Gallatin throughout the campaign.

Special coverage such as attendance of safety checkpoints and/or participation in ride-alongs may be made available. Please contact Senior Trooper Michael Webb (see below) in advance to make arrangements.
