News Release

Click It or Ticket Campaign

Date of News Release: 05/21/2010

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police will be conducting the 2010 Click It or Ticket campaign beginning May 24th through June 6th in the counties of Oldham, Trimble, Henry, Owen, Carroll and Gallatin. The campaign incorporates high visibility enforcement activities to encourage motorists and their passengers to buckle up – Day and Night. Additional speed enforcement and traffic safety checkpoints will be conducted in the above listed counties throughout the month.

Media agencies are encouraged to contact Post 5 regarding coverage of the Click It or Ticket campaign. Special coverage such as participation in ride-alongs or attending a safety checkpoint can be made available.
