One Killed in a Single Vehicle Collision on I-65 in Warren County

Date of News Release: 02/17/2010

(Bowling Green, KY) -- David Cruz was traveling southbound in the middle lane when Mr. Cruz fell asleep behind the wheel and exited the right shoulder of the roadway striking a tree. Mr. Cruz's vehicle sustained severe damage to the passenger side of the vehicle causing fatal injury to the passenger (Damon Hunt). Mr. Cruz refused medical treatment at the scene. Investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police.
