One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on I-65

(Bowling Green, KY) -- Larry Smith was traveling south on I-65 when for an unknown reason exited the right side of the roadway. Mr. Smith's vehicle traveled approximately 158 ft across an embankment before striking a rock wall and overturning several times. Mr. Smith's vehicle continued south before coming to a final rest off the right side of the roadway upright facing northeast with the front of the vehicle resting in the emergency lane. Mr. Smith was transported to University of Louisville hospital by air methods. Mr. Smith is listed in stable condition.
