One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on Manitou Road

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Kevin D. Hardison was operating his 2007 Ford Mustang north on Manitou Road. For an unknown reason, Mr. Hardison's vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a driveway culvert, overturned and came to final rest on the passenger side. Mr. Hardison was transported by the Medical Center EMS to Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
