One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on KY 85

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Mr. Jared Brasher was traveling south on KY 85, operating a 1985 International tanker truck. Mr. Brasher lost control of the vehicle, exiting the southbound shoulder of the roadway into a ditch. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to overturn one revolution, coming to final rest on its left side in a ditch just off the southbound shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Brasher was transported by ambulance to Regional Medical Center, for injuries sustained as a result of the collision. Mr. Brasher was cited for Failure to Possess a Commercial Driver's License and for Failure to Produce Insurance Card.
