One Injured in a Single Motorcycle Collision

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- David Frailley, age 57 of Rumsey, KY, was operating a 2006 Yamaha Goldstar motorcycle southbound on Fort Campbell Blvd. Mr. Frailley attempted to avoid another vehicle that was in front of him and lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle overturned ejecting Mr. Frailley. Mr. Frailley was flown from the scene and transported to the Vanderbilt Medical Center for treatment. He was not wearing a helmet. KSP CVE Officer Richard Bolduc investigated the crash that occurred on July 23, 2010 at 12:09 p.m. The Hopkinsville Police Department, Hopkinsville Fire/Rescue, Christian County EMS and Life Flight assisted at the scene.
