Two Escape from the Todd County Detention Center Apprehended

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On June 21, 2010 at approximately 5:00 P.M., the Kentucky State Police were notified by the Indiana State Police that both escapees, Scott Patrick Kennedy and Shawn A. Cochran, had been apprehended without incident and lodged in jail.

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- At 7:25 p.m. Kentucky State Police received a call from the Todd County Detention Center advising that two inmates, Scott Patrick Kennedy and Shawn A. Cochran had escaped from the facility sometime between the hours of 2:00 and 4:30 p.m. on June 19, 2010. The inmates were outside the facility in a gated portion in a recreation area for exercise. Inmates are believed to be wearing white t-shirts and gray sweat pants. Both inmates are from the Louisville, KY area. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of these inmates, please contact the Kentucky State Police.
