Inmate Walks Away from Work Detail
Date of News Release: 03/17/2010
(Lebanon, Ky.) -- On 03/17/2009 a 45-year-old James H. Shell escaped from the Marion County Detention Center at approximately 2:30 PM EDT while on work release at the Marion County Animal Shelter. Mr. Shell is a 5'9", 250 pound, white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a diabetic and does require medication. Mr. Shell was being held for Flagrant Non-Support. His direction of travel and mode of transportation are unknown at this time. If anyone has contact with Mr. Shell or information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 (in the state of Kentucky only, does not work out of state).
