One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on Highway 501

(Casey County, Ky.) -- Trooper Adam Likins is investigating an injury collision that occurred at 12:30 AM on Highway 501, approximately 5 miles east of Dunnville. 46 year old Leslie Penrod of Russell Springs was operating a 2007 Chrysler westbound on Highway 501, when she lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree. Penrod was wearing a seatbelt and was treated and released at the Russell County Hospital.
