One Injured in a Two Vehicle Collision on Bloomfield Road

(Washington County, Ky.) -- Trooper Donnie Moses is investigating a collision which occurred 1 mile North of Springfield on Bloomfield Road @ 6:22 p.m. Ryan Moreland, age 33, of Ohio, was belted, was operating a 2003 Peterbilt pulling a cattle trailer and was attempting to turn on to Ky 55 when the trailer was struck from behind by a 2003 Mercury, operated by Mildred Cheser, age 86, Springfield, was belted. Ms. Cheser was transported to Springview Hospital by Washington Co EMS where she was treated and released. Ryan Moreland was not injured.

Trooper Moses was assisted at the scene by Trooper John Adams.
