Franklin County Motorcycle Fatality

Date of News Release: 07/02/2010

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- A motorcycle was traveling eastbound on I-64 at the 50 mile marker in Franklin County. Frank D. Gant lost control and left the south side of eastbound I-64 and overturned several times ejecting the Mr. Grant. Mr. Grant was transported to the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. Mr. Grant died at the hospital as a result of the collision. The collision remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police Frankfort Post.
