Double Fatality In Scott County

Date of News Release: 07/01/2010

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- A white Ford pickup was traveling north on US 25. A green Toyota pickup was traveling south on US 25. The driver of the white pickup crossed the center line and struck the Toyota pickup headon. Both occupants (Brian K. Way & Anna E. Hamilton) in the toyota pickup died as a result of the collision. Toxicology results are pending and the collision remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police Frankfort Post.
