Custodial Interference Arrest

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Troopers responded to 156 Longview Drive in Shelbyville KY regarding an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Eric Shelburne had taken his grandmothers vehicle without her permission some time early in the morning of the 29th. While conducting that investigation it was discovered that Eric Shelburn had picked up a 16 year old Frankfort Female from a location in Lawrenceburg KY without the permission or knowledge of her parents and was taking her to Florida. Shelburn and the 16 year old female were located in Gainesville Florida. Shelburne has been arrested on a felony warrant of Custodial Interference and is awaiting extradition back to Kentucky.
