Marijuana Cultivation Investigation

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Troopers responded to 629 Old Finchville Rd in attempt to locate a domestic violence suspect. During their investigation troopers determined that the subject was cultivating marijuana in a closet in his residence. 32 year old Johnathan B. Stella was cited to court on charges of Cultivation of Marijuana (less then 5 plants), Possession of Marijuana, & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
