Scott County Man Arrested on Drug Charges

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- On Tuesday night, March 16, 2010 a Trooper's traffic stop lead to a Scott County man getting arrested for drug trafficking. Tpr. Joseph Johnson stopped a vehicle on US-25 in northern Scott County for excessive window tint. Further investigation lead to the seizure of 5.5 grams of cocaine, 324 prescription pills and $8,700.00 in cash.

Frank Cuellar age 39, of Georgetown, Ky. was arrested and charged with excessive window tinting, three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (pills) and trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine). He was lodged in the Scott County Detention Center.
