Suspected Moonshine Seized in Clay County
Date of News Release: 06/17/2010
(London, Ky.) -- On Thursday, June 17, 2010, at approximately 11:00 am the Kentucky State Police Marijuana Eradication Strike Force, while eradicating plots of Marijuana, located 150 quarts of suspected moonshine in the Paw Paw Community of Clay County.
The suspected moonshine was taken into evidence and the investigation, upon completion, will be presented to the Clay County Grand Jury for consideration of charges.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Trooper First Class Mack McDonald is continuing the investigation and was assisted by officers from the Kentucky State Police.
