One Killed in an ATV Collision in Sidney, Ky

Date of News Release: 12/28/2009

(Sidney, Ky.) -- Andy Case 18 years of age, of 1654 Dix Fork, Sidney, KY., was killed when the ATV he was operating struck a tree on Dix Fork, near Sidney, KY. It is believed that the left front tire came off the ATV and Case struck the tree. Case was transported to South Williamson Appalachian Regional Hospital by First Response Ambulance where he was pronounced deceased by Dr. Brandon Haake. Big Creek Fire Department assisted Trooper Chris Phillips of the Kentucky State Police at the scene.
