Fatal Motorcycle Collision on Shelby Dry Fork Road

(Shelbiana, Ky.) -- James Justice age 62, of 1347 Shelby Dry Fork, Shelbiana, Ky. was killed this morning (08/03/2009) in a single vehicle motorcycle collision. Mr. Justice was traveling south on Shelby Dry Fork Road when he lost control of his 2007 Yamaha, the motorcycle overturned and Mr. Justice was ejected. The collision is under investigation by Trooper Eddie Crum of the Kentucky State Police. Mr. Justice was pronounced dead by Pike County Coroners Office. CVE Officer Dennis Hutchinson, DHP Ambulance Service and Greasy Creek Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
