Phelps Man Arrested & Charged with Robbery 1st

(Pikeville, KY) - On 02/04/2009 at 3:08 p.m. Dores Bentley 32 year old of Phelps, KY was arrested and charged with Robbery 1st. Degree in connection with the armed robbery at the Phelps Jo Mart at Phelps, KY yesterday (02/03/09). He is currently lodged in the Pike County Detention Center in Pikeville, KY. Additional arrest are pending. The case is still under investigation by Detective Kevin Newsome U/648 of the Kentucky State Police. Bond has not been set at this time.
