New Castle Man Arrested on 2 Counts of Sodomy

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- On Monday, September 21, 2009 at approximately 2:00 p.m. the Kentucky State Police arrested John R. Clark age 58 from New Castle, Kentucky and charged him with two counts of Sodomy 3rd Degree, a class 'D' felony. Mr. Clark was arrested at the Kentucky State Police Post in Campbellsburg as a result of an ongoing investigation that began in August. The Henry County case developed after the Kentucky State Police received information from the Henry County Social Service Office regarding a 15-year-old juvenile victim.
The case remains open and under investigation by Detective Todd Harwood with the Kentucky State Police.
