News Release

Eminence School Threat

Date of News Release: 04/30/2009

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- Wednesday, April 29th, 2009 Kentucky State Police responded to Eminence Independent High School after school officials learned of an alleged threat made against a number of students. Preliminary investigation by the Kentucky State Police has determined that a male student has been identified as making the threats and was taken into custody from his residence and subsequently lodged in a juvenile detention facility upon an order from Henry County District Court. Criminal charges are pending after complete evaluation and investigation.

Investigation continues with the assistance of the Henry County Attorney's office and Court Designated Workers office.
