Criminal Arrest - Kidnapping

(Elizabethtown, Ky.) -- On June 18th, 2009 Laura E. Heathcock, white female, 38 of Elizabethtown was arrested and charged with kidnapping. Trooper Rafferty with the Kentucky State Police is working a case of custodial interference where two female children ages 2 and 3 where taken from a home on Meadowview Drive. According to Trooper Rafferty Mrs. Heathcock assisted Brittany Muss, white female, 21 of Elizabethtown (biological mother to the children) and John Varble, white male, 19 of Elizabethtown in obtaining the children. Kentucky State Police are attempting to locate Ms. Muss and the two minor children. Ms. Muss is occupying a 2000 Chevy Cavalier, silver in color bearing KY/749HRW.
