Injury Collision on KY 333

Date of News Release: 06/10/2009

(Elizabethtown, Ky.) -- Unit 1 was traveling South on KY 333 approximately one mile north of Big Springs. U/1 passenger side tires dropped off the roadway causing the driver to lose control of her vehicle. U/1 left the roadway on the right in a spin and struck a tree in the passenger side door. The driver was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by Fire and Rescue. She was transported to Breckinridge Memorial Hospital.
